What is the hotel cancellation policy?
We apply a 3-day cancellation policy. You must notify us at least 3 days prior to the arrival date if you want to avoid a 1-night penalty. Likewise, a failure to arrive will result in a penalty.
Also, if you must shorten your stay, please advise us the day before your actual departure before 6:00 pm.
Do you have a secure server to send credit card details?
There is a secure server on our online reservation system. If you have booked your room another way, we recommend that you send your credit card details by fax you prefer that to an e-mail. Our fax number is +33 1 42 60 81 18.
Do you have rooms sleeping more than 4 people?
No: for a family of 5 or more, we recommend that you combine two separate rooms, which can be located on the same floor upon request. Our apartments are limited to 4 persons.
Can a rollaway bed be added to a room or an apartment?
Only the superior street side rooms (with 1 double or 2 twin beds ; does not apply to the top-floor rooms) and the superior courtside rooms with 2 twin beds are large enough to fit an extra bed.
Do you provide cribs?
We provide baby cribs without charge upon request at the time of reservation.
Do you have connecting rooms?
No, there are no connecting rooms within the hotel.
Do you have hair dryers?
Yes: all our bathrooms have a hair dryer. If you want to bring your own, please be aware that you will need to have an electrical adapter or a converter. The voltage is 220 V AC.
Does your hotel offer air-conditioning?
Our hotel is not air-conditioned. Fans are available upon request.
Do you have non smoking rooms?
We are sorry that our hotel has no non-smoking rooms.
Is the hotel wheelchair-accessible?
Unfortunately, our hotel is not wheelchair-accessible. All of our rooms, except the top-floor rooms, are accessible with an elevator.
What is the check-in time?
Our check-in time is between 12:00 noon and 3:00 pm. If the room assigned to you is not occupied the night prior to your arrival, it might be possible to let you get into the room earlier in the morning however.
What is the check-out time?
Our check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Do you have a luggage room?
Yes, the hotel has a luggage room.
Do you accept pets?
We accept small dogs (up to about 12 kilos); a surcharge of 4.50 euros daily applies.
Can I connect my laptop to the telephone in the bedrooms?
Yes: all our telephone have data-ports (RJ45 hook-up; extension cord required). We have no internet service or Wi-Fi access in the rooms though.
